Sri Sai Enterprises started in 2008 supplying helpers to plants around Nacharam. The office has not moved since: 4-7-5/1, opposite the E.S.I. Hospital on Ravindra Nagar, a few minutes from most of the sites we staff.

The work has grown from general labour into six lines, from 6G certified welders at heavy fabrication shops to gate security on a Department of Atomic Energy campus, but the way it is run has not changed. Every deployment has one of our supervisors on site, and the paperwork behind it is filed monthly whether or not anyone asks to see it.

Today 2,000+ people are on our rolls across 14 accounts in the Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and Medak districts. We hold standby pools near the estates we serve, which is the only reason a replacement can reach a gate inside the hour.

We are not the largest contractor in Telangana and do not intend to be. Accounts stay with us for years because the shift is covered, the wages are paid on a fixed date, and nobody from your HR department has to chase us for a challan.
